HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IS IDEAL***DescriptionThe Omnichannel Specialist, Marketing & Customer Experience (CX), will support the development and execution of global omnichannel marketing strategies and customer experience initiatives. This role partners closely with the Global Strategic Marketing Omnichannel Lead to drive strategic priorities, coordinate cross-functional CX programs, and execute integrated marketing campaigns.Responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships, collaborating with internal teams and agency partners, tracking KPIs and project milestones, leading CX pilot programs, and developing executive communications and presentations. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
