About this role

Position Overview The Member Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for members in a fast-paced, high-volume, 24/7 contact center environment. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, processing account transactions, resolving issues, and providing information on financial products and services. Successful candidates are skilled communicators who can effectively navigate multiple systems while creating positive member experiences during every interaction. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries regarding accounts, products, services, and policies via phone in a high-volume contact center environment. • Process transactions related to checking accounts, savings accounts, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other financial products. • Identify member needs and recommend products and services that align with their financial goals. • Resolve member concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. • Utilize active listening skills to understand member needs and provide effective solutions. • Accurately document account activity and member interactions across multiple systems. • Meet performance metrics, quality standards, and service-level expectations in a structured, schedule-driven environment. • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Previous customer service experience in a call center, banking, financial services, administrative, receptionist, retail, or hospitality environment preferred. • Strong ability to work in a structured, metric-driven environment. • Comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining quality service. • Experience with data entry and navigating multiple systems simultaneously. • Professional communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. • Ability to remain composed and solution-oriented when handling challenging situations. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
