About the Opportunity We are hiring experienced Healthcare Call Center Representatives to support members with health plan enrollment, benefits, eligibility, and customer service inquiries.This is a high-volume inbound call center position ideal for candidates with healthcare customer service experience who are comfortable navigating complex member questions, researching issues, and meeting established productivity and quality expectations.We are looking for individuals interested in stability and long-term career growth, rather than short-term or temporary employment.

What You'll Do

• Handle approximately 60-80 inbound member calls per day regarding health plan enrollment and benefits. • Educate members on available medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits. • Assist members with plan selection, enrollment changes, and qualifying life event requests. • Verify member eligibility and enrollment status. • Clearly explain healthcare costs and terminology, including premiums, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket expenses. • Research and troubleshoot enrollment and benefit-related issues. • Escalate complex member concerns when appropriate. • Assist with service recovery, grievances, and member inquiries. • Accurately document member interactions within CRM and enrollment systems. • Protect confidential member information and maintain HIPAA compliance. • Meet established KPIs for quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction. • Provide professional and empathetic service during high-volume enrollment periods. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of recent call center experience. • Previous experience handling high-volume inbound calls. • Comfortable managing approximately 60-80 calls per day. • Experience working in an environment with established KPIs and performance metrics. • Strong computer, typing, documentation, and written communication skills. • Strong customer service and verbal communication skills. • Ability to research and investigate customer/member inquiries. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. • Demonstrated job stability and interest in a long-term opportunity. • Must be able to complete required onsite training in San Diego. • Must have flexibility to work assigned schedules based on business needs. Highly Preferred:

• Healthcare or health insurance call center experience. • Open enrollment experience. • Knowledge of Medicare and health plan benefits. • Experience handling member grievances or service recovery. • Familiarity with HIPAA requirements. • Epic experience. • Talkdesk experience. • Knowledge of HMOs and healthcare customer satisfaction standards. Training Training is conducted 100% onsite and attendance is required.Phase 1: Approximately 6 weeksSchedule: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM dailyLocation: 8695 Spectrum Center Blvd., San Diego, CAPhase 2: Approximately 1-2 weeks of onsite phone trainingLocation: Tech Way, San Diego, CACandidates must be able to reliably commute to the training locations for the duration of training. Work Schedule & Location After training, employees will work onsite at:8520 Tech WaySan Diego, CAPotential schedules may include:

• Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM-6:00 PM • Later shifts such as 11:30 AM-8:00 PM • Possible weekend coverage based on business needs Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
