About this role

DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Collateral Exception and Administration Specialist to support commercial banking operations. This role focuses on collateral administration, documentation review, risk reporting, data analysis, and exception management within a financial services environment.The ideal candidate will have experience supporting commercial lending operations, reviewing loan documentation, analyzing data, and identifying operational or compliance-related risks. Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage collateral and documentation exceptions. • Analyze operational and risk-related data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. • Prepare reports, summaries, and business communications for stakeholders. • Extract, combine, and validate data from multiple sources. • Monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Investigate discrepancies and escalate risk-related concerns as needed. • Support testing, validation, and implementation activities for business initiatives. • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges and improve processes. Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in banking or financial services. • Commercial loan documentation experience. • Strong data analysis and risk reporting skills. • Experience creating reports and summarizing business data. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial banking, lending operations, or credit administration. • Exposure to collateral management or exception processing. • Knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance practices. • Experience supporting audits, controls, or operational risk initiatives. • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or banking reporting systems. • Experience participating in testing or process improvement efforts.
