Customer Service Representative Looking to get your foot in the door with a large, established organization? Were looking for Customer Service Representatives who are comfortable working with computers, enjoy helping people, and have strong communication skills.No previous call center experience is required. If you have experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or another customer-facing position, wed like to speak with you. What Youll Be Doing
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions • Help customers navigate online systems and applications • Document calls and customer information accurately • Track customer requests and follow up on open issues • Work with multiple computer screens and systems • Receive hands-on training, scripts, and resources to help you succeed What Were Looking For
• High school diploma or GED • 1+ year of customer service experience • Comfortable talking with customers over the phone • Basic computer skills • Strong communication skills • Organized and detail-oriented • Reliable and willing to learn Schedule Monday through Friday 9:15 AM to 6:00 PMTraining: Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM Why Apply?
