DescriptionOur client is looking for a mid-level Application Developer/Analyst to join a highly collaborative development team supporting one of the organizations most important business initiatives.This is a hands-on software development role for someone who can bridge the gap between technology and the business. Youll build and support custom web applications that improve project execution, tracking, productivity, and operational efficiency, while working directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.The role is approximately 75% technical development and 25% business-facing collaboration, making it a strong fit for a developer who enjoys both building software and working directly with the people who use it. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded, mid-level developer who can contribute quickly while still being comfortable communicating with nontechnical stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesBuild, enhance, test, release, and support custom web applications, with opportunities to contribute to mobile applications. Partner directly with internal business users to gather requirements, understand workflows, troubleshoot defects, and translate needs into practical technical solutions. Work across the development lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement. Develop primarily within a Microsoft-oriented application stack, including C#, SQL, and Blazor. Collaborate closely with a project manager, business analyst, and fellow developers on a dedicated product-style team. Build and maintain CI/CD practices, application integrations, APIs, and DevSecOps standards. Monitor application health and user experience, and use performance insights to drive continuous improvement. Maintain a strong focus on usability and UI/UX while balancing business objectives, quality, security, and maintainability. Contribute to a team culture built around communication, accountability, collaboration, and delivering solutions that work for the people using them.
