• Journeymen - $49/hour • Apprentices - $27/hour Seeking a licensed Electrician to support a large-scale 530+ MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) construction project in Fort Morgan, CO. This is a prevailing wage opportunity ideal for experienced electricians with industrial, large commercial, or oil & gas experience. Key Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment on a utility-scale energy project. • Perform heavy electrical terminations for power distribution and control systems. • Install underground conduit and cable systems. • Measure, bend, and install conduit in accordance with project specifications and electrical codes. • Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and construction documents. • Test, troubleshoot, and verify electrical installations. • Maintain compliance with all safety standards, site requirements, and electrical codes. • Coordinate with project teams and other trades to ensure timely project completion. Required Qualifications
• Active Colorado Journeyman or Master Electrician License. • Experience in industrial, large commercial, energy, or oil & gas environments. • Strong conduit bending and installation experience. • Proficiency with heavy terminations, wiring, and power distribution systems. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. • Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience on utility-scale energy, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects. • Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) experience. • Underground electrical installation experience. • Strong troubleshooting and construction coordination skills. Why Join?

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Boone, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.30 - $49.26/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
