• Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM • Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 8:00 AM • Rotating schedule consisting of 36-hour and 48-hour workweeks • Multiple days off built into the schedule • Approximately one full week off each month Training Schedule
• Monday-Friday • 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM • 4-6 weeks of paid training What You'll Do
• Operate reactors, pumps, and related chemical processing equipment. • Weigh and charge raw materials into production vessels. • Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency. • Record production and batch information accurately. • Transfer materials and finished products throughout the manufacturing process. • Support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives. • Partner with Chemists, Engineers, and Production teams to meet manufacturing goals. • Maintain compliance with GMP, OSHA, FDA, and company safety standards. Qualifications
• Experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, production, or industrial operations. • Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule. • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. • Comfortable working around reactors, pumps, tanks, and process equipment. • Basic computer and documentation skills. • Commitment to safety and quality. Additional Requirements
• Must be able to wear respiratory protection equipment. • Clean-shaven face required for respirator use (mustaches are permitted if respirator guidelines are met). • Ability to work in a plant manufacturing environment. • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform active job duties throughout the shift. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
