Essential Skills
• Proficiency in creating work instructions. • Experience in lean manufacturing and process improvement. • At least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering. • Ability to manage a project from start to finish. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. • Experience in fixture design is a plus. • Experience in assembly and packaging. Work EnvironmentThe role demands a proactive approach in a dynamic manufacturing setting where Lean Manufacturing principles are applied. The candidate will engage with advanced technologies and equipment, ensuring the efficient operation of assembly and packaging lines. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
