Colebourne Primary School is seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated leadership team and help drive the next stage of our school's development. As Deputy Headteacher, you will work closely with the Headteacher, senior leaders, staff, governors and wider school community to:
Help shape and deliver the strategic vision for the school
Drive excellence in teaching, learning and curriculum development
Lead initiatives that improve outcomes for all pupils
Support and develop staff through coaching, mentoring and professional development
Champion inclusion, well-being and high aspirations for every child
Contribute to the continued growth and success of our school community
