About this role
Main duties and responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food as directed.Rotate as and when required between the Craven Kitchen, the Sixth Form Hatch and the Staff Room.Assist in all general cleaning duties of these areas, including deep cleaning, as and when required.The successfuly candidate should be able to demonstrate:
Flexibility, which is essential in relation to hours of work, should there be a need to cover an absence within the team.Excellent communication skills with both adults and young people.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.The successful candidate will need to hold the Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification, or be prepared to obtain it immediately.
