About this role
We are looking to appoint Learning Support Assistants who are:
Highly motivated, creative and well organisedAble to work with a range of pupils who have Special Educational Needs/disabilitiesHave an NVQ 3 or equivalent qualificationBe a great team player who can collaborate with others and contribute to the smooth functioning and workings of the schoolBe able to adapt activities and facilitate learning for individualsBe able to plan for pupils alongside the teacher, providing an individualised curriculum to suit the needs of your key pupil so they can reach their potentialProvide learning experiences which develop the whole child so that they can gain the independence and skills they need to prepare them for adulthood
