We are seeking an excellent classroom practitioner to join our team as a PPA Cover Teacher. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 and Lower Key Stage 2 (Years 1, 2, 3, and 4) on Monday and Tuesday afternoons

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT or main pay scale Teacher who enjoys variety and is passionate about delivering a creative curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned, high-quality lessons across Years 1, 2, 3, and 4 during teacher PPA time. Establish a purposeful, positive learning environment where all children feel safe, valued, and motivated. Adapt teaching styles quickly and effectively to suit the different age groups and learning needs within Key Stage 1 and Lower Key Stage 2. Maintain excellent classroom management and uphold the school's behaviour policy consistently. Provide constructive feedback to class teachers regarding pupil progress, engagement, and any notable achievements or concerns. We are looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Is an ECT or currently on the main pay scale. Has a strong understanding of the National Curriculum requirements for both KS1 and KS2. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build quick rapport with pupils and staff. Is highly organised, flexible, and proactive. Visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
