At Holmleigh Park High School, we believe that continuity in learning is essential to pupil success. We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team and play an important role in supporting teaching and learning for children working in our Behaviour Department.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to make a positive impact in a school environment. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will supervise students with additional needs, monitoring and marking their work.
You will play an important role in supporting pupils' progress, promoting positive behaviour and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the school.

Every student at HP takes part in extracurricular activities during the normal school day through our Wednesday Enrichment program. Every student is expected to show the very best version of themselves so that every lesson is calm, focused and allows all learners to thrive.
