About this role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, calm and committed individual to join our supportive team and make a positive difference to the lives of our students.
The successful candidate will work closely with students across the school, providing encouragement and support during lessons, as well as working within our dedicated Nightingale Autism Centre, which is a specialist provision for students who have an Education, Health and Care Plan and a diagnosis of ASC. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping young people feel confident, included and able to achieve their full potential.
Experience of working with secondary-aged students with additional needs would be desirable, but it is not essential. We welcome applications from individuals who have the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine commitment to supporting young people. Training and support will be provided.
What We Offer32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 40-minute unpaid break
Term time only, plus 5 training days
Fixed-term contract until the end of August 2027
