Be a positive role model who is committed to upholding our school ethos and values.Work in partnership with the class teacher to complement the teachers’ deliver of the curriculum alongside any specific intervention required.Able to work in a positive and calm way, supporting individuals and working with small groups to support pupils to achieve the highest standards in their learning.Have a passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.Warm, caring and patient.An excellent understanding of safeguarding and what creates a positive culture for safeguarding.Deliver interventions and support to children.
