A qualified teacher holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), preferably with a subject specialism of Psychology.Passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning that enables all students to achieve their full potential.An excellent classroom practitioner with strong subject knowledge across Social Sciences, including areas such as Psychology, Sociology or related disciplines.Skilled in creating a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment that fosters student engagement, achievement and wellbeing.Confident in using a range of teaching strategies, assessment methods and educational technologies to enhance learning outcomes.Committed to continuous professional development and able to contribute positively to departmental and whole-school improvement initiatives.
