Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (12 hours per week).
The Atrium is an early intervention, enhanced partnership provision for children with social, emotional and mental health challenges. We work across South Essex to offer support to schools, pupils and families with an aim to help children rediscover a love of learning, grow in confidence and begin to thrive in their mainstream school.

The Atrium, based at Briscoe Primary School & Nursery are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and flexible Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and hard-working team.
The successful candidate must:
be educated to NVQ level 2 in learning/support/early years, NNEB or equivalent qualification/experiencehave a minimum qualification of English and Maths at GCSE level C or above (or equivalent)have experience of working with children, ideally in a school settingput the needs of our children at the forefront of all you dodemonstrate patience, calmness and flexibility at all timeshave excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to children, parents and other adultshave a passion for developing individual learning and encouraging pupils to achieve their bestbe a team playerhave some knowledge of strategies to support behaviourFor an informal discussion please contact [email protected] / 01268 572672
