Legal Intern
Job Description: Legal Intern – 80–100% We are looking for a motivated Legal Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience within the legal department of an international company. Your Responsibilities
• Support the Legal team on a variety of civil and commercial law matters, with a particular focus on international contract law, commercial law and corporate law
• Assist with the review, preparation and administration of contracts and other legal documents
• Support corporate and administrative legal matters, including document notarizations and Commercial Register filings
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant legal topics
• Assist in the preparation of contractual and settlement negotiations and, where appropriate, participate in related meetings
• Provide general support to the Legal team on ongoing projects and day-to-day legal matters
Your Profile
• Currently pursuing a degree in Law, with a Bachelor's degree completed or close to completion
• Strong interest in gaining practical experience in an international corporate legal environment
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
• Pragmatic, reliable and well organized, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different stakeholders
• Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
