Main duties of the job As a Maintenance Person at Chalgrove Care and Nursing Home, you'll leverage your expertise while working with our supportive team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements. This includes repairing doors and windows, painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, and liaising with contractors for repairs that cannot be managed internally. If work cannot be completed internally, you will liaise with our head office team to refer the repair to a contractor.
