Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Heart Failure Specialist Nurse to join the Coventry and Rugby Heart Failure Team. We are looking for a skilled clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and improving outcomes for people living with heart failure. This role offers the opportunity to work across acute, community, virtual and home-based settings while developing advanced specialist knowledge and clinical leadership skills. As a Heart Failure Specialist Nurse, you will provide expert assessment, management and support for patients with heart failure. Working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver evidence-based care and contribute to the ongoing development of the service.
