In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our catering operations and provide outstanding service at all times.
What you'll do :
Take customer orders and serve food and drinks with a smile Operate tills and handle transactions accurately Keep food stations stocked and ready for service Assist with cleaning, clearing tables, and maintaining catering areas Learn barista skills with full coffee machine training provided
This role is primarily Monday to Friday, with early mornings and late evenings included. Occasional weekend shifts will be required during busy University events such as Open Days.

About you
You will:
Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Use previous hospitality experience to provide a high standard of service. Work effectively as part of a team and remain calm, professional and solutions-focused under pressure. Take initiative during quieter periods by identifying tasks that keep the operation running smoothly. Ensure everything is fully prepared for the next service.

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, 36.5 hours per week.

Campus Services New Starter bonus*. In addition to the great benefits Campus Services’ offers, we can offer you a £1,000 bonus. This is payable the month after successfully passing your six months’ probation. Please note this bonus is pro rata for part time positions.
