Critères impératifs: Vous disposez d'au moins 8 ans d’expérience dans le développement commercial à l'international, la gestion de marchés ou de partenariats commerciaux, dans le secteur pharmaceutique OTC. Vous disposez d'une excellente connaissance du marché Asie-Pacifique. Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme en commerce international, marketing ou management, idéalement complété par une formation technique ou scientifique. Vous maîtrisez les concepts du commerce international et de la supply chain. Vous parlez couramment anglais, français. Vous êtes à l’aise avec le pack MS Office ainsi qu'avec les outils de gestion commerciale. Vous êtes prêt(e) et capable de voyager à l’international de manière régulière. Vous êtes charismatique, proactif(ve) et compétent(e).
Mission: Renforcer les activités existantes tout en prospectant de nouveaux marchés dans la région APAC Analyser les dynamiques du marché et identifier les opportunités de croissance à long terme. Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale de l’entreprise dans la région APAC.
Responsabilités : Superviser le suivi commercial, marketing, logistique et administratif. Développer et entretenir les relations avec les distributeurs, partenaires commerciaux et autres acteurs clés sur les différents marchés. Gérer et développer les performances de tous les marchés de l’APAC. Promouvoir et vendre la gamme de produits de l’entreprise, notamment les nouvelles innovations. Négocier des accords de distribution et des partenariats commerciaux. Appliquer les Best Marketing Practices. Coordonner avec l’équipe logistique pour garantir un approvisionnement en temps voulu des marchés. Former les équipes de promotion médicale et maintenir un contact étroit avec le terrain. Développer et entretenir des relations avec des cadres dirigeants (C-level) dans le secteur médical/pharmaceutique.
Profil : Idéalement, maîtrise du mandarin. Vous avez un esprit entrepreneurial.
Export Area Manager – Asia-Pacific To support our growth in Asia-Pacific (APAC), a key region for our expansion, we are creating the position of Export Area Manager – Asia-Pacific. The Export Area Manager – Asia-Pacific will be responsible for developing the company’s business in the region’s markets, working closely with internal teams and local partners.
Your Missions Strengthen existing business activities while prospecting new markets in the APAC region. Analyze market dynamics and identify long-term growth opportunities Define and execute the company’s commercial strategy in the APAC region.
Your Responsibilities Oversee and track commercial, marketing, logistics, and administrative activities Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, business partners and other key stakeholders in the various markets. Strengthen performance across all APAC markets Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio, including NPD innovations Negotiate distribution agreements and commercial covenants Implement Best Marketing Practices Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely supply to markets Train medical promotion teams and maintain close contact with the field Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives in the medical/pharmaceutical sector
Your Profile At least 8 years of experience in international business development, market management or commercial partnerships management within the OTC pharmaceutical sector Excellent knowledge of the Asia-Pacific market Degree in international business, marketing, or management, ideally complemented by a technical or scientific background Strong understanding of international trade and supply chain concepts Fluent in English, French, and ideally Mandarin Proficient in MS Office and sales management tools Charismatic, proactive, and competent Willing and able to travel internationally on a regular basis Entrepreneurial mindset
