Your Responsibilities
Lead the internal IT team and coordinate external IT partners, creating clear priorities, responsibilities and efficient ways of working. Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with business objectives and the wider group/holding framework. Take overall responsibility for stable, secure and efficient IT services across offices, remote employees and the ship fleet. Steer external providers, contracts and SLAs, ensuring quality, performance and cost efficiency. Prioritise and lead IT projects, technology implementations and digitalisation initiatives across the organisation. Ensure appropriate security standards, data protection, risk management and compliance requirements are implemented and maintained. Own the IT budget and ensure technology investments deliver sustainable business value. Advise Management and key stakeholders on technology, digitalisation, IT risks and future business requirements. Identify opportunities to improve technology, processes, efficiency and the digital experience for employees and guests.
Specific Requirements
Coordinate IT operations across offices and the ship fleet, ensuring reliable services and effective escalation management. Act as the central interface between Management, internal users, shipboard teams, Group IT and external providers. Establish and monitor IT service standards, KPIs and SLAs, ensuring agreed service levels are consistently achieved. Lead the selection, implementation and rollout of IT solutions, from requirements gathering through to implementation and user adoption. Ensure effective cybersecurity, access management, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity processes. Manage IT assets, software licences, subscriptions and contracts, ensuring efficient utilisation and cost control. Prepare and monitor IT budgets, forecasts and investment proposals, providing transparent reporting to Management. Ensure IT solutions are scalable and future-ready, supporting continued business and fleet growth. Identify opportunities for digitalisation and process improvement, translating business requirements into practical technology solutions. Excellent communication skills in English spoken and written, additional languages are an asset.
