As part of our CIO team, you will support the development and implementation of our IT strategy and work on strategic technology and governance topics together with colleagues from Business, IT, Erste Digital and Group functions. Your Tasks Support the development and implementation of the EBOe IT strategy and strategic CIO initiatives Analyze technology trends and translate them into implications for our business, IT landscape and governance Contribute to IT governance, portfolio and investment management as well as technology-related regulatory topics Prepare decision papers, management presentations and structured analyses for the CIO and senior stakeholders Work with Erste Digital and internal stakeholders on strategic technology topics, including architecture, cloud, data and AI Support cross-functional initiatives and facilitate workshops with Business and IT stakeholders Help improve governance processes, transparency and decision-making across the CIO organization
