Location: Pune, Bangalore Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Join Delta Capita's Report Hub engineering team and help drive the evolution of a market-leading regulatory reporting platform used by global financial institutions. We're looking for experienced Technical Leads who combine strong technical expertise with leadership capability. You'll lead a cross-functional engineering squad, delivering strategic platform enhancements while ensuring the stability, performance and resilience of our production services. What You'll Do Lead the technical direction of a Change or Run squad. Drive solution design, architecture and engineering best practices. Deliver new regulatory, client and platform enhancements. Act as the technical escalation point for complex production issues. Champion cloud-native development, DevOps, automation and CI/CD. Mentor engineers and help build a high-performing engineering culture. Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Master, Architects, Infrastructure and Operations teams to deliver scalable, resilient solutions.
