About Cycle Construction Cycle Construction is a leader in civil and marine construction across South Louisiana. We perform complex infrastructure work with a focus on safety, quality, and execution. We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Foreman to assist field operations from project start through closeout. This role is responsible for planning , directing, and coordinating all work involving construction project(s) in order to complete work on time and under budget. In addition, the Heavy Civil Construction Foreman will properly supervises construction crew(s) at assigned job site(s). Plan and coordinate daily work with the Superintendent/Operations Manager, including reviewing schedules, drawings, specifications, budgets, priorities, and available resources. Develop and maintain two-week schedules , adjusting assignments as project priorities and work availability change. Coordinate subcontractors, crews, equipment, materials, and deliveries to keep job-site operations moving efficiently. Train and direct employees on construction methods, equipment operation, safety procedures, and company policies. Monitor job-site progress and quality , inspecting work, equipment, and construction activities to ensure specifications and project requirements are met. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site for employees, subcontractors, motorists, and pedestrians. Conduct weekly safety meetings and ensure compliance with all safety requirements. Investigate and report job-site incidents and accidents and complete required documentation promptly. Maintain accurate project records , including time sheets, trucking tickets, invoices, cost coding, equipment checklists, and other required documentation. Attend required safety training and monthly supervisors’ meetings and perform other duties as assigned by the Foreman, Superintendent, or Operations Manager.
