We build reliable, high-precision electronics and are looking for a detailed-oriented <strong>Production Associate</strong> to join our fast-paced manufacturing team.<br><strong>Position Overview</strong><br><strong><strong>Location:</strong> </strong>On-site<strong><br><strong>Position Type:</strong> </strong>Full-Time<br>As a Production Associate, you will play a hands-on role in assembling radar components, managing inventory, and fulfilling customer orders. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, basic electronic assembly experience, and solid computer skills. Deine Aufgaben <ul><li><strong>Electronic & Hardware Assembly:</strong> Assemble electronic components, radar sub-assemblies, and finished goods according to technical specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li><strong>Order Fulfillment:</strong> Safely pack, label, and prepare radar units and system accessories for shipping to clients on schedule.</li><li><strong>Inventory Accuracy:</strong> Track incoming parts, record stock movements, conduct cycle counts, and keep inventory records up to date.</li><li><strong>Quality & Testing:</strong> Perform basic visual inspections and functional checks to ensure all products meet performance standards before shipment.</li><li><strong>Organization & Safety:</strong> Maintain a clean, organized, and safe ESD-compliant workstation.</li></ul> Deine Stärken <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (Vocational or Technical degree preferred).</li><li>1+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or order fulfillment.</li><li>Ability to follow wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and step-by-step assembly instructions.</li><li>High attention to detail and manual dexterity for working with small hardware and electronic components.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 35–50 lbs and stand/move throughout the workday.</li><li><strong>Required:</strong> Proficiency with the <strong>Microsoft Office Suite</strong> (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li><strong>Preferred:</strong> Experience with <strong>Salesforce</strong> or an ERP/inventory management system is a plus.</li></ul> Was Dich bei uns erwartet <ul><li>Competitive hourly pay rate based on experience.</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.</li><li>Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.</li><li>Opportunities for growth within a high-tech engineering environment.</li></ul>
