About the team The Central Systems Engineering and PMT team establishes the overarching systems<br>engineering framework, technical guidelines, requirements guidance, and software toolchains<br>used by project-specific engineering teams. We act as the central entity for standardization,<br>ensuring all project-specific teams have the architectural blueprints, methodologies, and tools<br>required for efficient, compliant development. Your mission As a Junior PMT Engineer, you will be the operational backbone of our engineering toolchain<br>environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for project programs regarding day-<br>to-day software tool management, user access control, license administration, and onboarding<br>support. Working closely with our PMT Architects, you will help bridge central methods with<br>daily practice by training engineers and supporting project-embedded Configuration Managers. Responsibilities <ul><li>Act as the primary technical point of contact for project teams and Configuration Managers regarding daily tool operation and support (e.g., 3DEXPERIENCE, JAMA, Jira).</li><li>Troubleshoot basic user issues, workflow bottlenecks, and system access requests across programs.</li><li>Provision licenses, configure user permissions, and set up collaborative spaces across enterprise engineering platforms according to the defined allocation plan and approved program needs.</li><li>Track tool usage, monitor license availability, and support software deployment requests across all entities.</li><li>Support the creation, maintenance, and delivery of training materials, user guides, and onboarding modules for engineering tools and workflows.</li><li>Assist in conducting hands-on onboarding sessions for new engineers to ensure consistent adoption of central PMT guidelines.</li><li>Assist PMT Architects in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and<br>workflow templates, while conducting basic data cleanliness and workspace compliance<br>audits across toolchains.</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineer, or a related technical field.</li><li>0–2 years of experience in an engineering support, tools administration, or systems engineering role (internships or working student experience included).</li><li>Familiarity with or strong willingness to learn enterprise engineering tools such as 3DEXPERIENCE (3Dx), JAMA, Jira, or similar PLM/Requirements platforms.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate central architectural guidance into actionable operational practices.</li><li>Collaborative, a problem-solver, and a confident communicator capable of driving consensus among diverse teams.</li></ul>If you're interested in building the future of European Defence with us, and you see yourself<br>reflected on the description above, please send us your CV in English.
