In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe today.</span></span> About the team Our team specializes in the manufacturing, assembly, and repair of electronic components and modules for UAVs. We combine engineering expertise with skilled manual craftsmanship — ranging from PCB assembly and wiring harness routing to component-level troubleshooting and quality control. Your mission To quickly identify faults, perform high-quality component-level repairs of any complexity, and guarantee the performance and reliability of restored equipment. Responsibilities <ul><li>Diagnostics and troubleshooting of electronic devices, circuit boards, and UAV components.</li><li>Component-level repair and soldering (replacement of SMD/BGA components, microcontrollers, connectors).</li><li>Assembly, disassembly, and mechanical repair of electronic modules and drone frame structures.</li><li>Maintenance and preventive care (cleaning, thermal paste replacement, fluid damage restoration).</li><li>Quality control and testing of repaired devices using test and measurement equipment before final sign-off.</li><li>Maintenance of service logs and recording replaced spare parts in CRM/ERP systems.</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Advanced skills in using soldering equipment (soldering station, hot air rework station, microscope) for fine component-level repair.</li><li>Practical skills with test and measurement equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, laboratory power supply).</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation (electrical schematics, datasheets, service manuals).</li><li>Strong understanding of circuit principles, power distribution, and connector standards.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting mindset and high attention to detail.</li><li>Basic technical English for reading schematics, datasheets, and technical documentation.</li></ul> Nice to have <ul><li>Technical education (vocational or higher in electronics, radio engineering, or related fields).</li><li>Experience in repair, configuration, and testing of UAVs/FPV drones and flight controllers.</li><li>Familiarity with UAV configuration software (Mission Planner, QGroundControl).</li><li>Experience with 3D printing and basic CAD modeling for replacement parts.</li></ul>
