It’s your time to join!<br></span> The challenge: <p><span>QP Insights serves as the<strong> </strong>central hub for storing, managing, analyzing, and visualizing imaging and clinical information, enabling users to derive meaningful insights from multimodal data (e.g., quantitative imaging biomarkers, clinical outcomes, AI-generated predictions).<br> <br>A cornerstone of the product is our DICOM-based imaging viewer, where users visualize, edit, compare, and interact with AI-generated findings across a wide range of therapeutic areas. This role requires a strong sense of usability and interaction design, as users perform complex workflows such as comparing modalities, navigating multi-frame studies, manipulating 3D volumes, and validating algorithm outputs.<br> <br>You will <strong>own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap</strong> for QP Insights, ensuring the platform evolves in ways that deliver measurable value to key stakeholders—from radiologists and oncologists to pharmaceutical researchers and clinical operations teams.</span><br><br><span><strong>What you'll do: </strong></span></p><ul><li>Define and drive the product roadmap based on customer evidence, scientific rigor, market insights, and regulatory considerations.</li><li>Collaborate closely with engineering, AI/ML teams, and clinical experts to translate scientific and clinical needs into intuitive product experiences.</li><li>Ensure a high-quality user experience for complex imaging workflows, prioritizing clarity, precision, and functionality in the viewer.</li><li>Conduct continuous discovery to validate problems, uncover user needs, and ensure strong product–market fit.</li><li>Partner with marketing, business development, and customer success to define messaging, go-to-market narratives, and adoption strategies.</li><li>Balance iteration speed with compliance, quality, and scientific validation in a regulated healthcare environment.</li></ul>This role requires comfort with ambiguity, iterative problem-solving, and making decisions grounded in a mix of data, UX intuition, and scientific reasoning.<br><br>If you love uncovering pain points in the healthcare and research ecosystem, exploring user needs, and crafting elegant, data-driven solutions — you’ll love working as a Product Manager at Quibim. You will be our ideal candidate if you have: <ul><li><span>Background in <strong>biomedical engineering, medical imaging, computational sciences, or life sciences with a quantitative focus</strong> (or equivalent hands-on experience).</span></li><li><span>Experience building <strong>data-centric, analytics, or imaging products</strong>, ideally in healthcare or regulated environments.</span></li><li><span>Basic familiarity with <strong>medical imaging concepts</strong> (e.g., DICOM structure, modalities, metadata, segmentation, multi-series / multi-frame images).</span></li><li><span>A usability-first mindset—comfortable designing and prioritizing <strong>complex interactive workflows for scientific or clinical users</strong>.</span></li><li><span>A <strong>bias for action</strong> — you’re hands-on, pragmatic, and motivated to make things happen fast while maintaining quality.</span></li><li><span>Strong product discovery skills and experience working directly with clinicians, researchers, or technical stakeholders.</span></li><li><span>Hands-on, action-oriented mindset with bias toward experimentation and learning.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.</span></li><li><span>Based in Spain.<br></span></li></ul>
