Your task is to ensure our clients get maximum value out of their advertising budgets.</li><li>Deep Dives & Optimization: You will dive into everything from campaign structures and bidding strategies to conversion tracking and continuous optimization—always keeping a strict focus on performance and measurable results.</li><li>Client Strategy & Dialogue: From day one, you will be an active participant in client communications. You will regularly meet with both new and existing clients to understand their business, map out growth potential, and adjust strategies based on data and actual results. It is you who digs into the numbers, asks the right questions, and ensures we hit our targets. It is all about thinking analytically, understanding the client's business, and utilizing your expertise to create a real impact.</li></ul> Experience you'll bring This might not be the most traditional job description - because we aren't necessarily looking for someone who knows everything from day one. However, we expect you to have 1-2 years of experience with PPC, Google Ads, or performance marketing, and to have built a solid foundation in paid search - ideally with specific knowledge of Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, or Display.The most important thing for us, however, is something else: your motivation, your drive, and your desire to develop. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your tasks, and are motivated by generating strong results for clients.<ul><li>Client & Analytical Focus: We get especially excited when we meet a candidate who is analytically sharp, articulate, and enjoys client contact.
