Who we are Luxembourg National Data Service (LNDS) is a brand of PNED G.I.E. an organisation created by the Luxembourg Government, to implement Luxembourg’s strategies in research, innovation, and digitalisation. LNDS enables value creation from secondary use of data, for public and private partners and supports the sharing and re-use of public sector data, in a trustable manner. The LNDS service portfolio includes know-how, capabilities, tools, infrastructure, and data services. Through efficient &amp; responsible use of data and improving the secondary use of data, LNDS will support the acceleration of economic, ecological, and societal transitions. Purpose of the job / project You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support general internal and external communications. What you will do <ul><li>Creating and editing content for the LNDS communication channels based on the editorial plan </li><li>Supporting the creation of the Annual Report, including visualization</li><li>Website &amp; content management: assist in updating and maintaining website content; draft and edit communication materials (newsletters, social media); monitor website &amp; LinkedIn engagement </li><li> <span><span>Supporting the preparation and distribution of external newsletters</span></span></li><li><span><span>Creating internal communications, including internal newsletters &amp; campaigns</span></span></li><li>Supporting event coordination and planning </li><li>Visual communication &amp; design: create visuals for presentations, social media, external- &amp; internal campaigns, video production &amp; editing </li></ul> Who you are <ul><li><span><span>Master's degree</span></span><span><span><span> in Marketing</span><span>, Communication or related field</span></span></span></li><li><span><span>4-6 months, starting March 2027</span></span></li><li><span><span>Writing, , attention to detail, creativity, basic CMS knowledge, branding, marketing...</span></span></li><li><span><span>Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, visual storytelling, video-editing is a plus</span></span></li><li><span><span>Social media tools (notably LinkedIn)</span></span></li></ul>
