About this role
Your mission We offer a 6-month unpaid internship in our Berlin office for university students studying fields relevant to KAYA’s work. <br>The internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience, apply academic knowledge to real projects, and learn about the development and implementation of nature-based solutions in an international working environment. Your responsibilities Depending on your background and KAYA’s current projects, you may support our team with: <br><ul><li><span><span>Research related to forestry, natureconservationand restoration</span></span></li><li><span><span>Research and analysis of environmental and ecological topics</span></span></li><li><span><span>Support for nature-based solutions and climate projects</span></span></li><li><span><span>GIS, remotesensingor spatial data analysis</span></span></li><li><span><span>Data collection,processingand documentation</span></span></li><li><span><span>Preparation of reports,presentationsand project materials</span></span></li><li><span><span>Support with project development and feasibility assessments</span></span></li><li>Other tasks related to KAYA’s ongoing projects and areas of expertise</li></ul>The exact responsibilities will depend on your academic background, skills, and the projects available during your internship.
