Your mission <strong>Join FleetFox as a Operations Specialist in Vilnius and Kaunas, Lithuania!</strong><br><br>The <strong>Operations Specialist is a hands-on role: majority of the work happens in a carwash - part of your work is training new Foxes to provide car washing and logistics services</strong>. You will be reporting to the Regional Manager. This position is responsible for being the team lead for our service providers (Foxes), achieving service quality targets and weekly order volumes targets, handling equipment and <strong>ensuring our clients' fleets are always ready for the next user.</strong><br><br><strong>YOUR MISSION</strong><br><strong>1. Recruitment and retention of service providers (Foxes).</strong><ul><li>Find, train and lead the local team of Fox contractors responsible for various Tasks around the city (washing, relocating, etc).</li></ul><strong>2. High-quality standards.</strong><ul><li>Ensure service quality through training, re-training and daily checkups.</li><li>Low operational error rates and customer complaints.</li><li>Be the first responder for Foxes and clients, providing swift and effective solutions to everyday problems.</li></ul><strong>3. Achievement of volume and revenue targets.</strong><ul><li>Monitor and analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Ensure weekly order volumes are reached.</li></ul><strong>4.
