Work You'll Do

As a Delivery Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:

Serving as the primary client point of contact for Workday HCM Application Managed Services (AMS)/Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support - managing stakeholder expectations, communicating status, and maintaining strong client relationshipsLeading day-to-day delivery of Workday application support services, ensuring production stability, timely issue resolution, and alignment to client business needsOverseeing incident management, root-cause analysis, prioritization, and end-to-end resolution of production issues while meeting service levels and operational commitmentsManaging project plans, delivery timelines, budgets, risks, and executive reporting for ongoing enhancements, maintenance activities, and support initiativesPartnering with functional, technical, and client teams to design, test, and deploy Workday enhancements that improve system performance and user experienceCoaching and overseeing delivery team members while driving process improvement, operational efficiency, and selected proposal or business development activities A successful candidate would possess these skills:

Qualifications

Required:

7+ years of professional experience delivering Workday HCM solutions2+ years of AMS/O&M support experience with Workday HCM1+ years of experience with leading the troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of Workday HCMActively Workday HCM CertifiedBachelor's degree Center Location & Travel Requirements:Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia) Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project locationTravel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposesRelocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distanceMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred:
