We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Consultant to join our busy and dynamic DMOP Team at Kettering General Hospital.
Our DMOP areas include Naseby A, Naseby B, Naseby Annexe, Lamport & Twywell.
The successful candidate will work closely with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, providing expert assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients presenting with urgent and acute medical conditions. In addition to delivering excellent clinical care, you will contribute to service development, clinical leadership, and the continuous improvement of patient pathways.

Main duties of the job
This is an exciting opportunity for a NHS Locum Consultant to join our established team of Seven Whole-Time Equivalent (WTE) Consultants within the Department.
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking DMOP Consultant with a passion for delivering high-quality medical care. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovation and service improvement initiatives while contributing to the continued development of Elderly Care within the organization.

Full registration with GMC
Training Essential
CCT holder in Geriatrics or eligibility to be on the Specialist register within 6 months Current certification BLS
Teaching /Audit Essential
Effective participation in clinical audit Experience of post graduate and undergraduate teaching and training at an appropriate level
