Are you interested in providing healthcare and looking to make a difference to people's lives. Do you have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our friendly, multi-disciplinary team which provides hearing and balance assessment and rehabilitation.
The primary focus of this role is to provide an effective and high quality stock management and open access hearing aid repair service.
The post requires the post-holder to attend an accredited college course and achieve a Level 2 Diploma in Healthcare Science by successfully completing all course modules, as well as participate in in-house training

Person Specification
Experience Essential
Experience of working/work experience in a customer service setting or care setting
Desirable
Previous experience of working with the hearing impaired

Good written communication Good communication/interpersonal skills with a range of people
Qualifications Essential
Be eligible to undertake Level 2 Apprentership Healthcare Science Assistant training GCSE Grade D or higher (or equivalent) in Maths, English and Science
Knowledge Essential
Understanding of Information Governance and Confidentiality Understanding of Data protection and Confidentiality
