Are you a qualified Pharmacy Technician looking to make a real difference in patient care?
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Pharmacy Technician to join our multidisciplinary team within Coast & Country PCN, to be based at Holsworthy Medical Centre.
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive salary, depending on experience

Main duties of the job
Undertaking a patient facing role, you will work alongside GPs, clinical pharmacists, nurses and other healthcare professionals,helping to optimise medicines use, improve patient outcomes, and support the delivery of high-quality care across our PCN population.
You will be supporting the PCN in the achievement of its targets relating to IIF, CQC and QOF.

You will leadimprovements to maximise safe, cost-effective best practice in prescribing to improve the quality of patient care.
You willsupport the Primary Care Network (PCN) practices by working within professional boundaries as part of a multi-disciplinary team, to ensure the effective and efficient use of medicines, and deliver key objectives of the PCN DES across the Network.

Qualifications Essential
Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) GCSE grade A to C or equivalent in English & Maths

Undertaking or qualified through an approved training pathway eg Pharmacy Educational Pathway (PCPEP) or Medicines Optimisation in Care Homes (MOCH)
