Main duties of the job We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Aria Healthcare. The primary responsibility will be to support residents in their daily activities, ensuring they lead fulfilled and dignified lives. This permanent role requires a commitment of 33 hours per week, including alternate weekend work. Flexibility is vital as shifts will cover both day and night rotations. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Previous experience in a caregiving or similar role is preferred, but not mandatory. Compassion, empathy, and a dedication to patient care are essential qualities. Candidates should display a strong willingness to work collaboratively within a team and exhibit flexibility in handling various shifts. A commitment to continuous personal and professional development is encouraged, and training opportunities will be provided.
