Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Paediatric Allergy Nurse Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team and provide high-quality, specialist care to children and young people living with allergies.
The successful candidate will provide specialist assessment, testing, advice, education and nursing support to children, young people and their families/carers. Working autonomously while collaborating closely with the wider multidisciplinary team, you will manage a defined caseload and coordinate individual patient pathways to ensure care is safe, effective, evidence-based and centred around the needs of each child and family.

Participate in nurse led and consultant led clinics ensuring patients receive appropriate investigations, treatment and follow up Undertake diagnostic skin prick tests Advise on allergy management Empower children and young people and parents to develop confidence and independence in managing their allergy Give specialist advice to families, schools and other professionals around the management of allergy Support and Oversee staff nurses undertaking food challenges
