Knowledge Requirements Essential
Ability to communication with all levels of staff Sound clerical background providing knowledge of relevant procedures Computer literate, familiarity with Microsoft and other packages, with high level of accurate keyboard skills Knowledge of databases and spreadsheets, i.e. PAS, Excel, or similar Experience of using a full range of IT/Patient Data Systems Knowledge of NHS or service provider in general Excellent communication skills Experience of working in a team Good knowledge of confidentiality and Data Protection principles Understanding of Health and Safety Understanding of Equality and Diversity

Qualifications Essential
