$3,000 Sign On Bonus Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapist YOU MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE NO ON-CALL OR WEEKENDS Paid Mileage @ $0.72/mile Coverage Area: Ross, Fayette, Highland, Pickaway & Pike Counties

We are owned and operated by National Church Residences, the nation’s largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services. We are seeking a Physical Therapist who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!
Qualified candidates for this position offer:
• Education: Doctorate, Master or Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy.
• 1year experience in Home Health, SNF or Hospital
