• Operate CNC machines efficiently to meet daily production requirements. • Perform CNC machine programming and make necessary program adjustments as per production needs. • Prepare and arrange tools, fixtures, gauges, and accessories required for machining operations. • Ensure weekly and monthly production schedules and target quantities are achieved. • Monitor and control production performance by tracking planned time versus actual time. • Maintain the required quality standards and ensure defect-free production. • Ensure on-time delivery commitments are met through effective machine utilization and production planning.
Requirements / Skills
• ITI / Diploma / Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Hands-on experience in CNC machine operation within a manufacturing environment. • Good knowledge of CNC machine programming and program interpretation. • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications. • Knowledge of cutting tools, tool setting, and machining parameters. • Understanding of quality standards, inspection methods, and measurement instruments. • Basic computer knowledge for production reporting and machine-related documentation.
