Position Details:
Location: Surgery Center at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City (W Memorial Rd) Shift: Full Time, 36 hours/week Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts (7a-7p)
Overview: Under direct supervision completes tasks, according to skill level, to assist surgery personnel in providing nursing care and surgical services to patients in the operating room area.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. • Preferred Education: Successful completion of Medical Terminology Course. • Preferred Experience: Previous Nurse aide and/or phlebotomy experience in acute care setting. • Certifications: BLS certified. Required certification must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
