Qualifications Required Education
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program Required Licensure
• Current Missouri RN license or Compact RN license meeting Missouri Board of Nursing requirements Preferred Experience
• Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience in Medical-Surgical Nursing, Acute Care, Hospital Nursing, or a related clinical setting Certifications
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required within 30 days of hire • Additional certifications may be required based on department assignment: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and squat throughout scheduled shifts
