About this role
Role Purpose
• Centralized ETS maintenance to support Instrumentation System Related matters to ensure Chilled Water Supply (CHW) Supply continuity and efficiency. • To support Plant production through well coordinated ETS equipment maintenance regime. • To support Plant HSE agenda by ensuring tasks execution is completed strictly as per plant SOP. Main Accountabilities
• Execute all preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance works as per job work order and planning i.e CMMS –Centralize Maintenance System- Y cloud X • Troubleshoot ETS equipment i.e Programable Logic Controller, Modulating Valve, Temperature Sensor breakdown, tripping, and failures to bring up ETS equipment back into service. • Executing maintenance activities. Ensure optimized spare part management, work scheduling. Prepare / review reports, verify payment documents and procurement related activities. Become key custodian for contracts activity and ensure deliverables as per contracts. • Involved in health, safety and environment (HSE) programs, activities and campaign organized by company and to enforce the company’s safety & health rules and regulation which inclusive of monitor contractors for work quality and HSE compliance and requirement. • As and when required and deemed by management to support GDCP long term plan and growth strategy, staff may be required To plan, perform, execute and complete tasks related to Operation, Maintenance, Project, HSSE, General Building Maintenance and Technical Services department. Requirements Qualification Candidate must possess a Diploma in Electronic, Electronic Computer, Electrical, Technology (Building) or Any others Related Engineering Field with min 1 year experience. • 0-2 years in working in related filed • Having experience in Basic PLC Programming. • Experience in troubleshooting instrumentation equipment and able to interpret Process and Instrument Diagram (P&ID). • Familiar with PTW system and Confined Space Activity.
