About this role

I. Job Summary The HR Tech Application Support Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support, planning for releases and upgrades and managing projects/enhancements for assigned HR system(s)/module(s). Provides strategic and tactical consultation and input on design options supporting processes/transactions. Plans with Functional Owners, Release Management and OCM to align resources and scope to milestones. Engaging and hands on leader with system expertise and experience. II. Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Skills Required • Fast Formula Development o Proficiency in writing Fast Formulas for Payroll & Core HR. o Designing and configuring complex Fast Formulas for Payroll, OTL, Absence. • OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) Reporting o Expertise in building OTBI reports specifically for Payroll. o Building dashboards to provide HR and business leaders with actionable insights into workforce planning and development. • BIP (BI Publisher) Reportso o Experience in creating detailed BIP reports and notifications. o Ability to write SQL queries to extract data. o Proficiency in performance tuning of SQL based reports. o Experience creating loopback integrations leveraging Payroll flows and BIP reports. • HCM Extracts o Ability to configure HCM Extracts to extract data specific to Payroll and other areas. o Expertise in setting up complex extraction rules and workflows to transfer data from Fusion HCM to downstream systems and other applications. • HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheets o Proficiency in bulk data uploads and migration for Payroll objects like Element entries and balance adjustment into Oracle Fusion. o Ability to map and validate data conversion for critical employee data, ensuring accurate transfer from third-party applications. • Integrations: o Hands-on experience in integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party systems (e.g., Time Management System, Benefit Vendors) leveraging Oracle API’s and BIP reports. o Hands-on experience in creating, configuring, and invoking SOAP-based web service jobs within Oracle Fusion HCM for data integration, automation, and interaction with external systems o Ability to orchestrate workflows for Core HR & Payroll using OIC and implement real-time or batch integrations.

III. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

• Reviews open cases/issues and troubleshoots or engage with other tech team members for resolution. Coordinates with vendors regarding required support by opening tickets, escalating and following up as required. • Functional troubleshooting in Oracle Fusion Payroll modules to identify setup or data issues and resolve the issues using the analytical skills in minimum turnaround time. • Reviews release notes on vendor-published sites to keep current and recommend solutions to resolve issues. • Consults on requested configuration changes, partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts. Documents final specs and configures application. • Analyzes the impact of configuration from foundational structures to Fast Formulas and extensions to HR service delivery and downstream systems and integrations. • Leads meetings to resolve priority issues of moderate complexity. • Ensures data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries. Supports the development and maintenance of integrations/file transfers. • Provides analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules in existing applications. • Executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing. Support functional team with required screenshots and system steps for testing and change management. • May be responsible for configuring and delivering moderate to complex reports and queries utilizing delivered software. Follows established data governance. • Documents all configurations and supports the creation of change migration documentation. • Assist (after initial Tier 0/1 attempt) in resolving User “How To” questions and help to create relevant job aids/learning/communications IV. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

• Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience. Experience: Minimum Six (6) years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience, leading Service Delivery and managing vendor relationships (in addition to education requirement)
