Job Description
• The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations (Inbound/ Outbound/ Picking/ Put away/ Decanting / NIO Clearance/ Documentations etc) of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. • This role involves working with a small team (2-5 staff) to maintain inventory levels, organize products, and assist in order fulfilment, all while ensuring SLA, daily productivity targets and compliance with safety regulations and company policies. • Keep the warehouse environment clean, organized, and safe. • Communicate effectively with team and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues. • To support in gathering and analysing data as and when required and support in solving operational issues. • Must be a quick learner of the process of the automated warehouse operations and can work as per system drive. • He must work on Warehouse management system (Dematic -WMS), need to read and understand Dashboard, can export data and make simple reports to present supervisor. • Perform assigned Task / operation as per SOP (standard Operating Procedure).
