Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prepare auctions in Ariba, publish auctions and conduction in secured and governed environment • Conduct reverse auctions to procure goods and services for the organization. • Organize and oversee English, Dutch auctions, Japanese auctions, forward auctions • Ensuring transparency and efficiency in the auction process. • Maintain records of e-auction activities and outcomes for reporting purposes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering , commerce or related field. • 2-5 years of experience in procurement, specifically in the GCC industry. • Behavioral Skills: • Attention to detail and analytical mindset. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Digital friendly approach • Innovation and transformative mindset • Eye for details, Alertness and Agile for risks in processes • • Technical Skills: • Hands on experience of e-auction on Ariba or other platform. • Knowledge of procurement processes and strategies. • Good knowledge of MS products & word, Excel • Experience in conducting e-auctions in the GCC industry. • Proficiency in e-auction platforms and tools. • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
